FitFest approached us in 2017 to help create an exciting new brand for a fitness festival taking place yearly in Bath. The target was mainly fitness fanatics but whilst also appealing to the occasional gym goer at the same time. The festival would offer live music, a huge indoor expo, seminars from some of the industries finest, a strongman competition and much more. With a range of music throughout the days, creating a laid back festival vibe to a more lively action packed after party with well known DJ’s and multiple bars. FitFest had big aspirations for it’s first year and we couldn’t be more happy to have been involved.
FitFest required a website that would not only be easy to update via a CMS but also be a powerful eCommerce platform to sell it’s festivals tickets on. With our expert knowledge in WordPress, we felt the platform would suit them best for all their needs, specifically the ticket system that would email customers their digital ticket. Along with the website FitFest needed a brand identity that was not only fresh and exciting but also one that appealed to fitness fans.

We created FitFest a bespoke WordPress website and fitness tied in logo that aimed to push their new brand forward. Along with the website development we produced social media banners and printed posters with the focus to get people talking and push ticket sales.
FitFest needed a CMS they could rely on and that would allow them to easily manage site updates. Our solution was a heavily customised WordPress dashboard that features the latest and most awesome website enhancements.
With strong first impressions from customers when FitFest launched, they have continued to grow massively and sale tickets have gone past initial projections. How the tickets were bought was the initial big issue FitFest came to us to solve as they wanted to go all digital. We came up with a solution that’s built on WooCommerce, this allowed us to digitally send customers tickets that can be scanned by one of the FitFest team at the festival on entry. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and we are happy to have been involved in every step of FitFest’s journey.
